For Art Cologne 2025, we're pleased to present new works by Luz Carabaño (b. 1995 in Maracay, Venezuela) and Laurent Dupont (b. 1976 in Liège, Belgium). The presentation features two artists who explore painting through the physical and conceptual materiality of its carrier. Carabaño and Dupont expand painting beyond its conventional frame – a space where gesture, material, and objecthood coexist – opening the medium toward new spatial and sensory possibilities.
