For Liste Art Fair 2026, we’re pleased to present a solo project by Cécile Lempert (b. 1994 in Dortmund, Germany). Conceived especially for the fair, the installation comprises of new paintings and a plaster-based sculpture that the artist has produced for the first time.

Lempert’s research-driven practice poetically blends autobiographical and social references – in form of archival and art-historical materials. Through 'mirror moments', ancient sculpture fragments meet contemporary figures, reflecting on memory, time, and shifting relations between image and object.
